Only one day late...

ScientistMother joined us one week into the competition, but is making up ground very quickly! How will all the injuries the Canucks sustained on Sunday affect the pool? Stay tuned and find out!

  1. I sure wish I hadn't switched from Henrik to Daniel Sedin... and then forgotten to change my picks before the deadline...

  2. D'oh! Hopefully that means I can make up more ground!

  3. well, let's see if I can pick it up by completely changing the roster (almost anyway). I left my fave Swedes and went down and dirty ;)

I wonder if it is worth to have those two 10p in the front as you guys have.... I'm still a bit loathe to go for Crosby... but maybe Malkin is my new toy?

  4. Alyssa, it looks like you are only just getting started! However, fear the ScientistMother... something tells me she is going to kick all our asses.

Chall, it's hard to abandon those favourite players, isn't it?!

If I'd been paying more attention over Thanksgiving, I might have also noticed that the Canucks only have 2 games in something like 10 days... I sense a bad week's score for me on Monday!

  5. Wait, where is the smack talk? I thought that was the entire point?! Or is that only when Massimo is in the pool? ;)

  6. I AM kicking your asses! Take away week 1 and I rock it! to tweak or not to tweak, that is the question. How I wish I did not fuckup week one

  7. Ruchi, Massimo is just a facilitator. As you can see, the trash talk has now begun, just a little later than scheduled.

ScientistMother, check out the slope of those graphs in the last week. You're coming in a little shallower than Alyssa and me!

  8. Cath - I just realized that Philly only plays once this week :P

    SM - last time I checked, 27 > 22 ;)

  9. We have a saying where I come from "up like a sun, down as a pancake".... ;) wonder what that might be in English but still, I stand by it!

  10. Alyssa - double d'oh!

Chall - "what comes up, must come down", maybe? Or "in like a lamb, out like a lion"?
