Blog roll...

Mad Hatter's new brain child, The Alternative Scientist, is now up and running! The blog will focus on alternative (i.e. non-traditional, non-tenure track) careers for scientists. You may spot a familiar name or two in the contributing authors list...

While I'm at it, Bonobo Handshake is back for another field research season of, well, bonobos, and their crazy sex lives! Yay! And if you haven't read Chances Are I'm Going To Hell For This yet, you really should go and check it out. Another young female science blogger for the list!

Signing off now to enjoy the rest of Canada Day in my garden with a cold beer, a book, and two cute kitties.

  1. Considering your "about me" section, I am very interested to read your thoughts on alternative careers in science.

  2. Hello and welcome! I have a few posts in mind for the new blog, but the first one won't appear until next week at the earliest. Stay tuned...

I promise to respond to all respectful non-spam comments! Don't be shy! Oh, and please don't type my surname in your comments; I know you all know what it is, but I'd prefer Google to rank other pages before this blog.
