We didn't get ANY of the Olympic tickets we applied for.

It's a fool who plays it cool by making his world a little colder.
mostly silly, with a 20% chance of science
did you get anything at all? its so weird as I know a husband-wife team where the husband got a ton and the wife only a few.
ReplyDeleteNot even curling?! What a bummer!
ReplyDeleteI am sorry. Hope the plan B bears better fruit!
ReplyDeleteNope - nothing, nada, zip, diddly-squat. Fingers crossed for other options...
ReplyDeletedouble boo, boo hoo!!
ReplyDeleteApparently, starting tomorrow people who submitted an unsuccessful request can apply for whatever's left over from this phase. There will be other phases too. I bet we end up only going to the preliminary curling or some such.
ReplyDeleteHopefully the city will have big public screens for watching the hockey final and other big events on. If we can't get in to the game, being part of a huge crowd would be the next best thing.
And perhaps you can think of a consolation gift/trip/event to buy for yourself for the money you've saved? That way not getting tickets won't seem quite as bad
ReplyDeleteNow there's a thought. Maybe we can take a trip out of Vancouver when the stupid games are on ;)
